FINALLY! Shit, only took me all day to get what I wanted. I should’ve camped overnight or gotten there super early, but no. I haven’t eaten all day. Next time I will drag someone to come with so I can go get food and stuff- or you know, eat breakfast and buy stuff on the way whichever. Anyways, I got there and I was in a place which was so fucking annoying because the queue had made its way to Regent’s Street and it’s always super busy, so people kept walking through the queue and not always saying ‘excuse me’ or ‘sorry’ if they knocked into you. Assholes. And OMG the amount of people that were too lazy to go walk up and see what the queue was about instead of asking me all the time. Some people were okay though and said thank you for telling them. Even when I got closer when the shop was practically RIGHT THERE for people to just walk a bit and see for themselves they still asked.
LOL! This one guy walking passed was like, “you know what this is? This is because of Facebook”. And this one lady was like, “why is everyone queuing for cupcakes?” or something and I had to not laugh in her face as I told her that it was a clothing line not a real bakery. I thought I was never going to get into that shop, ngl. But apparently they said they were going to get everyone in, so they must’ve ended the line at some point. So many people pushed in during that last stretch it was so annoying but once I got outside the window and could see inside I was pretty happy knowing I was so close. I was around funny nice people too, so it was all good.
When I got inside it was like a a huge relief and just excitement, but I was aching and drained. I wanted everything but knew I could only buy one t-shirt with a £35 price tag. Crazy but I’ve been waiting too long to get one to care. I would’ve bought a whole lot more if payday wasn’t two weeks away. Bet your ass I’ll be back in there then. =D! Anyways, I ordered my t-shirt and I was happy. Johnny is probably one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He was hugging, shaking hands and talking with everyone. I asked him for a picture and I got one. I’ll post it after this. I got to talk to him for a bit. I told him I went to his store in Boston but couldn’t buy anything then, so I was happy that he’d finally opened one here. He was like “I’m so excited!” and gave me a rub on the back. lol Then he was off and I was all smiles. They gave out free Red Bull and cupcakes! :] Overall, well worth the wait.
